Hi, I’m Yanqin —
A certified personal trainer, sports nutrition advisor, and lifestyle coach. I’m ready to help you with the following:

Qualifications:

· Level 2 Gym Instructor

· Level 3 Personal Trainer

· Level 4 Low Back Pain Management

· 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training 

· 500-hours Pilates Instructor Training

Academic Background & Professional Experience:

With a Master’s degree in Health Sciences, I am currently a PhD candidate at Maastricht University. Alongside my academic journey, I have built valuable work experience both in China and internationally:
