Hi, I’m Andrea Papa, a Nutritional Coach and Personal Trainer helping women and men build stronger, healthier bodies for the past 2 years. I specialize in weight loss, muscle building, conditioning, and pre- and post-pregnancy training.
I also work with busy people, creating smart, effective workouts (45–60 minutes) that fit seamlessly into packed schedules. All programs are fully personalized, combining tailored nutrition plans, body measurements, and 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 personal training, available in-person or online.
