Hello, my name is Daichi Oka — a certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) and NASM Nutrition Coach with a background in Kinesiology. I am currently pursuing a Physiotherapy degree at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, combining scientific knowledge with hands-on coaching experience.
My personal training sessions begin with a comprehensive consultation where we identify your goals — whether it’s fat loss, muscle building, or strength improvement — and create a clear, structured plan to achieve them in a safe, effective, and sustainable way.

As a nutrition coach, I also guide clients toward effective fat loss and muscle-building strategies, helping you achieve visible, lasting results through smart and sustainable eating habits.
