I combine evidence-based training with proper nutrition and mindset work, because real strength isn't only physical. My approach is direct, personalized, and designed for people who want results that actually last.
Now, here are some cool facts about me! I'm a personal trainer, certified nutrition, pre & post-natal and breathwork coach with over 5+ years of experience. I've worked with a diverse range of clients, from professional dancers, athletes and musicians, peri/menopause, pre & post natal clients and everything in between-to help them achieve their health goals. Whether it's losing weight, building muscle, better performance for sports or breathing more efficiently, I'm here to give you all the tools necessary to succeed.
My professional background includes education from Girls Gone Strong Pre&Post Natal Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1, N1Education, Oxygen Advantage, and TriggerMapping.
Combining all of my years of experience and knowledge I created my signature 12-week program called Operation Strength, where I help people build a kick-ass body, through strength training, proper nutrition and mindset work.
