Hey there! If you're reading this then it means you probably want to learn a little bit more about me.

I'm dedicated to teaching strength training in a way that's simple, effective, and free from all the unnecessary fluff-because believe it's truly for everyone. With consistency, I know that anyone can thrive through strength training.

Now, here are some cool facts about me! I'm a personal trainer and breathwork coach with over four years of experience. I've worked with a diverse range of clients, from professional dancers and musicians to people 70+ and teenagers-really, everything in between-to help them achieve their health goals. Whether it's losing weight, building muscle, or breathing more effortlessly, I'm here to support each unique journey.

My professional background includes education from Precision Nutrition, N1Education, Oxygen Advantage, and TriggerMapping.

Combining all of my years of experience and knowledge I created my signature 12-week program called Operation Strength, where I help people build a kick-ass body, through strength training, proper nutrition and mindset work.
